Q: What payment systems are available in the store?
A: We use several trusted payment providers:

  • Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay)
  • Maksekeskus (bank links for most common Batic banks: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Nordea, Luminor, Šiaulių bankas, Danske Bank, Coop, Citadele)

Q: I have paid. When will I get my order?
A: We process orders immediately upon receipt of payment. Delivery time depends on the transit time from Estonia to your country. Delivery time to European countries usually does not exceed one week.

Q: I didn't like the product. Can I return it?
A: Yes, you can. Please check our Return Policy.

Q: What regions are available for orders?
A: We deliver to Europe and North America.

Q: What are the delivery methods?
A: Orders in Estonia are delivered by Omniva and Itella. It is also possible to pick up an order from our shop at Tallinn, Priisle tee 16, Box 4.
Orders to Europe and North America are delivered by Omniva, Itella and Packeta couriers.
