The ROUND LAB Birch Juice Moisturizing Sun Cream (SPF 50+ PA++++) is a chemical sunscreen that offers protection against both UVA- and UVB rays. Since this sunscreen is rich in hyaluronic acid, it also doubles as a moisturizer. 

Excessive sun exposure is a major contributor to aging and the development of hyperpigmentation and melasma. UV rays come in three types: UVA (UVA1 ranges from 340-400 nm, while UVA2 spans 320-340 nm), UVB (from 320-280 nm), and UVC (from 280-100 nm). UVC is blocked by the ozone layer, so we aren't exposed to rays under 280 nm.
